摘要
我们证明，对于足够小的普适常数 ， 中 个独立高斯随机点组成的集合以高概率位于同一个椭球上。这在对数因子范围内几乎确立了~\cite{SaundersonCPW12} 的一个猜想。由于该猜想与机器学习以及某些统计问题的平方和(sum-of-squares)下界存在关联，在过去十年中引起了显著关注。
