组织内信息系统安全创新采纳过程模型：理论视角

摘要
在本文中，我们开发了一个关于组织内信息系统安全创新采纳过程的理论模型。该模型源于创新扩散理论（DOI）、技术接受模型（TAM）、计划行为理论（TPB）和技术-组织-环境（TOE）框架。该模型描绘了信息系统安全采纳过程按一系列阶段推进的历程。本研究将采纳过程视为从启动阶段到创新获取的组织层面判断，而创新吸收和整合的过程则根据组织内的用户行为进行评估。该模型还引入了影响信息系统安全创新采纳的几个因素。通过将创新的组织采纳和用户接受合并到一个单一的描述中，本研究为组织内的信息系统安全采纳提供了一个比以往任何表述都更全面的模型，从而对信息系统安全文献做出了贡献。
