摘要
组合优化中最基本的结果之一是针对度量旅行商问题的多项式时间 3/2 近似算法。它由 Christofides 于 1976 年提出，并作为“Christofides 算法”而广为人知。最近，一些作者开始称之为“Christofides-Serdyukov 算法”，指出该算法于 1978 年在苏联独立发表。我们提供了关于 Serdyukov 发现的一些历史背景，并将其文章从俄语翻译为英语。
