摘要
我们证明，由Porteous与Lascu-Scott给出的代数簇blow-up的陈类（在Chow环中）公式，对辛流形与复流形的blow-up（在上同调环中）同样成立。第二位作者在其对8维辛流形地理问题的解决中使用了这一结论。该证明同样适用于任意流形的实blow-up，并给出相应的Stiefel-Whitney类的blow-up公式。在论证过程中，我们证明了Grothendieck在相交理论中‘formule clef’的拓扑类比。
