摘要
我们考虑平面中单个粒子在恒定垂直磁场和交叉电场势场影响下的量子动力学。对于一类光滑且小的势，我们构造了一个非平凡的运动不变量。为此，我们证明了哈密顿量酉等价于一个有效哈密顿量，该有效哈密顿量与动能观测量对易。
