信念传播不动点处的团累积量展开

摘要
我们提出了一种基于迭代信念传播 (IBP) 不动点的新型团累积量展开 (CCE)。该展开在精神上类似于文献 [1] 中最近引入的环级数 (LS)。然而，与后者相比，CCE 具有以下重要特性：1) 它适用于任意状态空间；2) 它易于扩展至广义信念传播 (GBP) 的不动点；3) 不连通的变量组不会对 CCE 产生贡献；4) 经验表明其展开精度优于 LS。CCE 基于与 Kikuchi 近似相同的 M"obius 变换，但与 GBP 不同，它无需存储 GBP-团 (GBP-clusters) 的信念，也不会在信念更新过程中遭受收敛性问题。
