摘要
我们为希尔伯特空间上有界半群以及巴拿赫空间上有界全纯半群的生成元构造了一个新的有界函数演算。该演算是经典 Hille-Phillips 函数演算的自然（且严格）推广，并且与其他熟知的函数演算相容。它满足函数演算的标准性质，为文献中的若干范数估计提供了统一且直接的方法，并允许对其中的某些估计进行改进。
