磁性半导体 NdN 中的 4f 导电

摘要
我们报道了本征铁磁半导体 NdN 薄膜的生长，并研究了其光学与输运性质。有清晰证据表明存在由 4f 导电通道所预期的高 anomalous Hall effect（反常霍尔效应），并得到位于导带底处的 4f 或 4f/5d 杂化尾态光学吸收的支持。结果揭示了一个重费米子 4f/5d 能带，其位置可通过氮空位施主在可控水平上被占据。
