我们报告了关于玻色 - 爱因斯坦凝聚体动力学的一些最新结果，这些结果是与 L. Erdos 和 H.-T. Yau 合作的一系列论文中获得的。从多体量子动力学出发，我们严格推导出了描述凝聚体波函数时间演化的三次非线性薛定谔方程，即 Gross-Pitaevskii 方程。
