摘要
本文考虑了Vlasov-Maxwell-Boltzmann方程(VMB)的Cauchy问题。首先讨论了带有洛伦兹力的Vlasov方程的重正规化解，并克服了系数偏可微性上的困难。然后，利用速度平均的紧致性和重正规化表述，建立了VMB的Cauchy问题重正规化解的弱稳定性。此外，研究了VMB重正规化解的长时间行为，并证明了当时间趋于无穷大时，粒子密度趋于局部麦克斯韦分布。
