波包隧穿

摘要
通过数值求解一维 Schr"odinger 方程，研究了高斯波包的隧穿。针对不同的势垒宽度、高度及波包初始宽度，监测了与方形势垒相互作用的波包形状。与自由传播情形相比，透射波包的最大值表现出偏移，可解释为隧穿期间的增强速度。
