磁性隧道结中电压诱导的铁磁共振

摘要
我们通过电压控制磁各向异性(VCMA)和自旋转移矩(ST)的联合作用,展示了在CoFeB/MgO/CoFeB磁性隧道结(MTJ)中激发铁磁共振。我们的测量表明,在低电阻MTJ中,GHz频率的VCMA转矩和ST具有相似的大小,因此这两种转矩对于理解MTJ中高频电压驱动的磁化动力学同等重要。作为示例,我们展示了VCMA可以将基于MTJ的微波信号探测器的灵敏度提高到半导体肖特基二极管的灵敏度水平。
