三维无序系统中金属-绝缘体转变的普适性

摘要
通过对电子波函数标度性质的数值分析，证实了三维无序系统中金属-绝缘体转变的普适性。我们证明了临界指数和多分形维数不依赖于无序的微观定义，并且沿分隔金属态和绝缘态的临界线是普适的。
