摘要

由 Delsarte 理论可知，Witt $4$ - $(11,5,1)$ 设计在其区组集合上导出一个 $Q$ -多项式结合方案 $\mathcal{W}$ 。在本注记中，我们证明 $\mathcal{W}$ 是唯一的，即由其参数在同构意义下确定。
