我们报告了同步传输与扫描微波阻抗显微术,以检查门控石墨烯器件中量子霍尔体系下传输量子化与体朗道能级填充之间的关联。令人惊讶的是,这些测量的比较揭示量子化传输通常发生在体朗道能级完全填充之前,此时体仍导电。这一结果指向对通过门控积累载流子时传输量子化的重新理解。我们讨论了其对石墨烯中量子霍尔效应传输研究及其他二维电子系统中相关拓扑态的影响。
