点阵芯夹层梁的双尺度本构建模

摘要

推导了由腹板点阵材料制成的二维微极Timoshenko梁的本构方程。首先,用离散经典组分即Euler-Bernoulli梁有限元(FE)对腹板点阵单元建模。对微观单元施加离散到连续的变换,并将其应变能密度用宏观尺度一维梁运动学表示。然后假设微观单元与宏观梁之间的应变能等价,推导微极腹板梁的本构方程。利用梁平衡方程的一般解,发展了用于静力和动力问题的微极梁有限元模型。给出了由微极结果计算周期经典梁响应的局部化方法。该一维梁模型用于具有柔性接头的二维腹板点阵夹层面板的线性弯曲和振动问题。局部化的一维结果被证明与实验和二维FE梁框架结果吻合良好。
