四进制Legendre对偶的两种构造

摘要
我们给出四进制Legendre对偶的第一套一般性构造：对于每个模4余1的素数幂q，都存在长度为(q-1)/2的四进制Legendre对偶；对于每个2p-1是素数幂的奇素数p，都存在长度为2p的四进制Legendre对偶。
