摘要
研究了截止波长位于中红外区域的 HgTe 胶体量子点薄膜的输运和热学性质。该材料的截止波长可在 3-5 \mu m 范围内调节，使其成为现有高成本探测器的有前景的替代品。研究了配体交换和原子层沉积等沉积后工艺，作为提高载流子迁移率的一种方法。
