摘要
AI 研究的伦理监督面临诸多问题。解决这些问题的方法众多，但它们都将伦理反思的全部责任留给了审查委员会与评审机构。在本文中，我们提出一种替代方案：培养具有伦理责任感的 AI 研究者。我们通过一个博士培养中心的案例研究展示该方案，并概述该项目中伦理培训的结构。进而，我们呈现两名二年级学生对其培训的反思，展示了他们作为具有伦理责任感的研究者所具备的一些新能力。
