我们定义了拟阿贝尔范畴上的挠对并给出若干刻画。我们表明许多挠理论概念可从阿贝尔范畴翻译到拟阿贝尔范畴。作为一个应用，我们将最近定义的代数 Harder-Narasimhan 滤子推广到拟阿贝尔范畴。
