基于有限体积法的铁电滞回与蝴蝶环三维相场模拟

摘要

基于求解含时Ginsburg-Landau方程并采用有限体积法,进行了铁电滞回和蝴蝶环的三维(3D)模拟。数值研究了具有拉伸应变和压缩应变的外部机械载荷对滞回和蝴蝶环的影响。文中还给出了三维铁电畴的形成及其演化。模拟结果成功揭示了对外加应力和电场的宏观非线性响应。
