铁电材料滞回环的数学建模

摘要
在已发表的论文中，铁电材料的 Gibbs 自由能通常通过保留 6 阶或 8 阶极化项来量化。在本文中，一个新的 Gibbs 自由能解析模型由此被数学推导出来，进而得到了铁电材料中极化-电场滞回环的新模型。作为模型验证，使用该模型描绘了铁电材料的四种极化-电场滞回环模式。计算结果表明，该自相似模型可通过调整模型中所用的外部激励或综合参数（例如电、温度和应力等）来表征铁电材料中各种模式的滞回环。
