Aharonov-Bohm量子环的热力学性质

摘要
本文研究了在热浴中Aharonov-Bohm（AB）量子环在相对论与非相对论情形下的热力学性质。为此，我们使用通过Euler-Maclaurin公式数值得到的配分函数。具体地，我们确定了能谱以及正则系综主要热力学函数（即Helmholtz自由能、平均能量、熵和热容）的行为。所谓的Dulong-Petit定律仅在相对论情形下得到验证。我们注意到，在低能区，相对论热力学函数也退化为非相对论情形。
