量子点环几何结构中的热电势Aharonov-Bohm型振荡

我们研究了当电子间相互作用可以忽略时，嵌入在环中的量子点的热电势的Aharonov-Bohm型振荡。结果表明，热电势强烈依赖于磁通，并且振荡幅度通常超过背景值。它还显示出基本上依赖于散射矩阵的相位，该相位由实验几何决定，并且在给定实验中是未知的。我们提出了两种比较理论和实验的程序。
