可调谐量子环的阿伏伽德罗-博姆振荡

摘要
利用原子力显微镜 directly 将环形几何结构与自对齐的面内栅极写入 GaAs/AlGaAs 异质结构中。开放区域的输运测量显示仅存在一条传递模式，观察到阿伏伽德罗-博姆振荡，其电导调制超过50%。通过面内栅极实现调谐，使得能够在开放环到库仑阻滞 regime 之间进行阿伏伽德罗效应的研究。
