摘要
我们研究了在低磁场下对一个一维 GaAs/GaAlAs 环中 Aharonov-Bohm 效应。本文首次系统地研究了这些系统的振荡磁导率随载流子密度的变化。我们观察到磁导率振荡出现 相位偏移，以及随密度变化而 fundamental 周期减半。理论上我们通过在环的两个臂之间引入非对称性，与实验结果一致。
