磁场中弦气体的热系综

摘要
我们研究了在磁场存在下自由弦气体的热系综。我们发现，当磁场超过某个依赖于温度的临界值 时，热力学配分函数发散。我们认为存在一个具有大潜热的一级相变。在临界值处，无限多个态——Regge 轨迹上的所有态——似乎变得无质量，这可能是自发破缺对称性恢复的迹象。
