摘要

我们采用优化的桥式几何结构，成功测量了 YBa2Cu3O7-delta 晶界在 Tc 以上特性的准确性。结果显示晶界角度对电阻变化随温度的影响显著。就我们的结果而言，结合能带弯曲模型，我们估计了晶界界面处势垒的高度。
