摘要
我们展示了位于保罗·谢勒研究所的 n2EDM 实验用磁屏蔽室(MSR),其内腔为立方体,边长均为 2.92 m,从而提供 25 m³ 的可达空间。该 MSR 有 87 个直径达 220 mm 的开口以操作内部实验装置,并在屏蔽层之间设有用于敏感信号处理电子学的中间空间。表征测量显示,中央 1 m³ 内剩磁低于 100 pT,整个内腔中距壁面 up to 4 cm 范围内磁场低于 600 pT。使用正弦 2 μT 峰峰值信号在 0.01 Hz 测得的准静态屏蔽因子在三个空间方向均约为 100,000,并随频率快速上升,在 1 Hz 以上达到 10⁸。
