摘要
我们介绍了在保罗·谢勒研究所（PSI）用于中子电偶极矩（nEDM）搜寻的新型谱仪，称为 n2EDM。该装置在真空室温下使用超冷中子。n2EDM 采用大型 UCN 双存储室设计，其中子输运适配于 PSI 的 UCN 源。该设计基于此前至 2017 年为止在 PSI 运行的装置所积累的经验。基于先前装置的可扩展结果以及 2016 年实现的 UCN 源性能，计算出新基线装置的灵敏度提高了一个数量级。
