本文研究了随机中心收缩区间内所有有理数的最小分母的对数矩。收敛性源于[arXiv:2310.11251, Bull. Lond. Math. Soc., to appear]中更一般的结果，本文的关键点在于导出一维极限分布矩的显式公式。这回答了Meiss和Sander在其关于具有随机旋转向量的环面映射的最小共振阶数的数值研究[arXiv:2310.11600]中提出的问题。
