LiFeAs单晶的合成、各向异性与超导性质

摘要

采用布里奇曼法,在密封的钨坩埚中成功生长出TconsetT_c^{onset}\sim19.7 K的LiFeAs单晶。电阻率实验显示,面内和面外方向的室温电阻率与残余电阻率之比(RRR)分别约为46和18。估算的各向异性电阻率γρ\gamma_\rho=ρc\rho_c / ρab\rho_{ab}TconsetT_c^{onset}处约为3.3。上临界场具有较大的Hc2abH_{c2} ^{\shortparallel ab}Hc2cH_{c2}^{\shortparallel c}值,分别为83.4 T和72.5 T,各向异性比γH\gamma_H=Hc2abH_{c2}^{\shortparallel ab} / Hc2cH_{c2} ^{\shortparallel c}\sim1.15。高的上临界场值和小的各向异性凸显了LiFeAs在各种应用中的潜力。根据MM-HH磁滞回线计算出的临界电流密度(Jc)(J_c)约为103^3 A/cm2^2
