单晶Rb$_{0.78}$Fe$_2$Se$_{1.78}$中32 K的超导电性

摘要

我们成功生长了高质量的单晶Rb0.78_{0.78}Fe2_2Se1.78_{1.78},其在磁化率和电阻率中均显示出尖锐的超导转变。电阻率测量显示起始超导转变温度(TcT_{\rm c})为32.1 K,零电阻温度为30 K。根据低温等磁场磁电阻数据,估算出面内上临界场Hc2H_{\rm c2}(0)高达180 T,面外上临界场为59 T。各向异性参数Hc2abH^{ab}_{\rm c2}(0)/Hc2cH^{c}_{\rm c2}(0)约为3.0,正好介于Kx_xFe2_2Se2_2和Csx_xFe2_2Se2_2中观测到的值之间。
