MgB$_2(0001)表面的表面态与像势态

摘要
我们采用自洽势能计算方法，计算了MgB$_2(0001)表面的表面态与像势态，分别针对B端终止(B-t)和Mg端终止(Mg-t)两种表面。我们发现两种表面上都存在大量清晰可见的表面态、亚表面态以及共振像势态n=1,2。与对应体层相比，B-t表面及Mg-t表面的费米能附近态密度分别增加了55%和90%。
