摘要
20世纪80年代初，明确观测到一类新的未占据表面态，它们束缚于多种金属表面的真空能级，这在此后的二十多年里引发了凝聚态物理和表面物理领域一个活跃的研究方向。我们讨论了这些所谓镜像态理论的关键要素，其起源在于固体外部镜像势的长程性质。
