摘要
COVID-19 大流行对已计划及正在进行的临床试验产生了并且仍在产生重大影响。其对试验数据的影响造成了多种潜在的统计学问题。影响的规模前所未有，但单独审视时，许多问题界定清晰且可行处理。我们提出若干策略与建议，以评估和解决与估计目标、缺失数据、有效性及统计分析方法修正、额外分析需求、达成目标的能力以及试验整体可解释性相关的问题。
