自旋轨道相互作用(SOI)在半导体纳米线与超导体邻近耦合产生马约拉纳零模中起着关键作用。我们追踪了与 NbTiN 超导体耦合的 InSb 纳米线中诱导超导能隙在很大磁场强度和取向范围内的演化。基于对我们器件的真实模拟,我们揭示了强度为 0.15-0.35 eV 的 SOI。我们的方法确定了自旋轨道场的方向,其受超导体几何结构和静电栅极的强烈影响。
