Majorana纳米线中电场可调的超导-半导体耦合

摘要

我们通过测量与外延生长Al超导体耦合的InSb半导体纳米线中的电子输运,研究了外电场对超导-半导体耦合的影响。我们发现栅极电压诱导的电场可大幅改变耦合强度,这会影响邻近诱导的超导能隙、有效g因子与自旋轨道耦合,而这些在理解Majorana物理中都起着关键作用。我们进一步表明,有限尺寸系统中由自旋轨道耦合引起的能级排斥可导致看似稳定的零偏压电导峰,其模仿了Majorana零模的行为。我们的结果增进了对实际Majorana纳米线系统的理解。
