掺杂半导体中的自旋扩散：库仑相互作用的作用

摘要
我们考察了库仑相互作用对掺杂半导体中自旋流动性和扩散的影响。我们发现，由于库仑增强的自旋易变性和自旋库仑拖拽的综合效应，扩散常数相对于其非相互作用值进行了降低。在铁磁半导体中，自旋扩散常数在铁磁相变温度处趋于零。
