无序电子系统中的谱关联:从金属到绝缘体区域的交叉

摘要

我们结合半经典方法和扩散系数的标度结果,考虑了交叉区域中无序电子系统的双能级关联函数R(ε)R(\varepsilon),该区域的特征是出现宏观关联或局域化长度ξ\xi,它在金属-绝缘体转变处发散。我们展示了新的临界统计,其特征是R(ε)R(\varepsilon)具有非平凡渐近行为,在转变两侧的更高能量处出现,并且当ξ\xi超过系统尺寸时扩展到所有大于平均能级间距的能量。
