摘要
通过控制界面附近的光学态局域密度,测量了 InAs 量子点的辐射和非辐射衰减速率。从时间分辨测量中提取了振子强度和量子效率及其对发射能量的依赖性。结合我们的结果和理论模型,确定了电子和空穴波函数重叠对量子点尺寸的显著依赖性。我们得出结论,大尺寸量子点具有最佳的光学质量,这对于为量子电动力学实验等应用优化定制量子点发射器至关重要。
