EDELWEISS FID 探测器中电荷俘获诱导的信号:解析建模与应用

摘要

EDELWEISS-III 直接暗物质搜寻实验使用完全覆盖叉指电极(FID)的低温 HP-Ge 探测器。它们在低电场(<1  V/cm<1\;\mathrm{V/cm})下运行,因此电荷载流子俘获显著影响电离和热能测量。本文描述了基于 Shockley-Ramo 定理的 FID 探测器中被俘获电荷诱导信号的解析模型。该模型用于证明最初仅为表面事件排除目的而设计的否决电极,可用于提供对能量沉积深度的灵敏度,表征晶体中的俘获,进行热能和电离能量校正,并改善电离基线分辨率。这些程序已成功应用于实际数据。
