EDELWEISS实验中的暗物质搜索

摘要
EDELWEISS暗物质搜索实验采用低温德国探测器,结合热信号和离子化信号以识别因与银河星系暗物质(WIMP)弹性碰撞引起的核回弹。本文描述了使用320克斜坠仪器获得的初步结果。经过几周的数据采集,使用其中一种探测器即可达到DAMA区域的上限部分。本次实验及采用创新逆向冷却罐设计的实验第二阶段EDELWEISS-II的前景也简要描述了。
