摘要

1974 年 Chvátal 猜想：在下集族中，任何相交族 $\mathcal{F}$ 都不可能比最大的星族更大。同年，Kleitman 与 Magnanti 证明了当 $\mathcal{F}$ 包含于两个星族的并中时该猜想成立，Sterboul 证明了当 $\operatorname{rank}(\mathcal{F})\le 3$ 时成立。我们给出这两个命题的简短自包含证明。
