摘要
我们对采自蜘蛛 Nephila clavipes 的拖丝丝素溶液所表现出的向列相液晶有序性的起源给出了一种 tentative 解释。液晶性被认为赋予丝素溶液某些流变学性质，这些性质在拖丝纺丝过程中被利用。我们表明，生理条件下液晶性的可行性关键取决于表征丝素分子氨基酸序列的参数。
