指数和到超曲面的限制

摘要
我们证明了关于奇异测度的指数和的矩不等式，其傅里叶衰减与弯曲超曲面者相匹配。我们的重点在于证明就尺度参数而言为尖锐的估计，除损失外。在少数情形下，我们设法去除了这些损失。
