讨论了决定深电荷捕获损失现象（DLTS）中发射因子温度依赖性的参考电平的存在性。研究了经典 DLTS 中参考电平的基本代数结构，并给出各种信号形式及其派生参考电平。随后演示了这些信号形式的使用，并与经典 DLTS 双盒式信号进行比较。
