摘要
推导了(3+1)-狄拉克方程δ函数短程微扰的精确矩阵。利用了势能在角动量表示中的可分离性。得到了决定束缚态和共振态的矩阵极点特征方程。计算出的矩阵决定了窄带隙和零带隙半导体的输运性质。
