准二维系统超导态的输运性质计算

摘要
我们自洽地计算了 d 波超导体的输运性质。计算中使用了 T 矩阵近似。相应的方程直接在实频率轴上进行了数值求解。我们研究了相干极限下的 ab 面电荷动力学。对于 c 轴电荷动力学，我们同时考虑了相干极限和非相干极限。我们还计算了该模型中的穿透深度。
