摘要
随机矩阵ensemble（RME）的量子统计哈密顿算子，例如高斯随机矩阵ensemble（GRME）和金威尔随机矩阵ensemble（Ginibre RME），被应用于以下量子统计系统：核系统、分子系统和二维电子系统（Wigner-Dyson静电类比）。定义并计算了对量子系统能级能量的量子混沌与量子可积性的度量。定义量子统计信息泛函作为负熵（熵的相反值或负熵）。从最大熵原理推导随机矩阵ensemble的分布函数。
